Ah! The street style food with a twist.


Let us see how can we add quick twist to this street style Indian food .

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Bread loaf of your choice

  • 3 tbsp Garlic-Ginger-greenchilly paste

  • 2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 6 Cheese cubes

  • Mix Bowl of veggies : Onion, tomato, boiled potato

  • Salt & Spices : (redchilly, turmeric, coriander powder)


STEP 1 - FOR YOUR FILLING :

1) In a bowl, add finely chopped onions & tomatoes (remove the liquid part) & mix with mashed boiled potatoes.

2) Add garlic , ginger & green chilly paste, add finely chopped coriander & lemon juice.

3)Add dry spices ~ salt , pepper , red chilly powder , dhania powder , and secret ingredient (pav bhaji masala).

MIX WELL & your masala mixture is ready!

STEP 2 - FOR YOUR BREAD :

Take bread / pav / loaf whatever available-


1) Make a cavity in the centre of bread, about 1” gap . To it, apply butter coriander & pav bhaji masala to the bread inside-out.

2) Make slits for pullout (accordingly) , we start by adding cheese in the cavity of bread & add masala mixture we made , add generous cheese on top and coriander too. sprinkle some pav bhaji masala.

BAKE AT PREHEATED OVEN/OTG AT 180• for 10 mins! Wait till the cheese melts & bread turns brown.

Serve hot ! .
