The name definitely sounds fancy, so does the dish. This is my twist to calzone, this is not how originally its used to be made. However this is my go-to appetizer lately, and the reviews are insane. More over it's made with simple ingredients & is quick too.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Pizza Roti or Pita bread
1 tbsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp onion finely chopped
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Red chilly sauce
2 tbsp Milk with 1/2 tsp cornflour
3 Cheese cubes
Olive oil
Chilly flakes | oregano
Mix Bowl of veggies : bell peppers, Corn, zucchini of your choice
Salt & Spices
STEP 1 :
Heat oil, add garlic + onion , sauté till it turns golden. Add all v
eggies of your choice. Gradually add seasonings : chilly flakes, oregano, salt, chilly powder.
STEP 2:
Add tomato ketchup, red chilly sauce in the mixture stir and mix cornflour in milk, add 3 crushed cheese cube. (Add more milk if too thick)
Mix well, let the mixture cool down.
STEP 3:
Take pita bread or pizza roti make slit in the bread. In a bowl mix olive oil oregano. Apply on the bread.
STEP 4
Apply the prepared mixture gently-make sure you don't overfill ( it tends to break) , add cheese generously. Bake it at 180• in a preheated oven for 5min until cheese melts & serve immediately!
