CLASSIC INDIAN PIZZA

When I smell the saucy, cheesy, spicy pizza baking in the oven, I can hardly resist to get my hands under that soft, warm slice yet crunchy. I cannot bear not sinking my teeth into the gooey, cheese loaded crusted pizza, cannot stand to have the round, red little tomatoes taunting me.
Absolutely delish & irresistible
Ah! Can't stop myself literally..
Let us see how do we make this Indian style homemade food .


⏰ - 25MIN
INGREDIENTS:
2 Pizza breads
6 Cheese cubes
Mix Bowl of veggie ( Onion, capsicum,bell peppers , corn, baby corn, paneer,mushroom,zucchini, olives,tomatoes etc)
SOME Olive Oil
3 tbsp Pizza Sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp red chilly sauce
Salt & Spices : Red chilly powder, Salt, Oregano & chilly flakes
STEP 1 - FOR YOUR FILLING :
1) In a pan, add some olive oil to which add diced capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers, finely diced paneer, par boiled corn & baby corn.
(you can always add veggies of your own choices).
2) Add pizza sauce , ketchup and red chilly sauce ( if pizza sauce not available, add 1 bowl of- tomato puree + black pepper + garlic pods )
Then gradually add salt & chilly powder to which we add oregano generously.

3)Add generously crushed cheese to it. Mix well till the gravy tightens together. (if the gravy is too liquid and
1tbsp cornflour in milk )
MIX WELL & pizza mixture is ready!

STEP 2 - FOR YOUR BREAD :
Take pizza bread :
1) Generously apply olive oil to Both sides of bread, then spread some pizza sauce in the base so that the bread is flavoured over all. Spread some cheese.
2) Add some seasoned tomatoes, then add the prepared mixture to it, after which you add cheese accordingly then sprinkle some chilly flakes & oregano.

BAKE AT PREHEATED OVEN/OTG AT 180• for 10 mins! Wait till the cheese melts & bread turns brown.
Serve immediately!
